Cancellations & Changes

Life with dogs is unpredictable. Talk to us; we're two people, not a call centre.

Plans change: dogs get poorly, flights move, weather happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule a walk, boarding stay or sitting visit, message us as early as you can on WhatsApp or at (416) 844-8837, and we'll sort it out together.

Cancellation terms and any applicable fees for a specific booking are confirmed with you directly when the booking is made. If anything is unclear, ask before you book. We'd rather over-explain than surprise you.
